About me

As a psychologist, therapist and lecturer, I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship. No matter what model you choose to work with, I want to build a supportive and compassionate approach so we can help you overcome challenges.

I want to understand what happened to you, how you have tried to improve your situations, what challenges you may have faced and what more you want to achieve. I come from a trauma informed approach looking at how critical incidents in our life can continue to impact on the present day.

I am passionate about sharing psychological knowledge in a variety of formats; in therapy, in supervision, in my writing or when teaching.  Throughout my career I have witness the positive value of seeing others courage, resilience, journey, healing and growth.
